I received the double dan moi and case in fine condition and have been playing it on/off throughout the day, every day. I absolutely love the wealth
of sounds you can create with it, brings the urge to wander the land and play for the rest of my days. Those overtones are incredible! And the bass
crazyness that comes up from deep in your throat, speaking softly through the vibrations...! I've noodled on guitar for years and love it, and also
have an alto Hugh Tracey kalimba which I love as well, but this is now my favorite instrument, by far. I view my capacity to sing differently now as
well. Sometimes self-consciousness gets in the way of singing because I want it to be good because I've built an identity on top of it. But like a jaw
harp, the human throat is capable of making incredible sounds. People connect to music, it's in our genes, and the desire and capacity to make it
simply IS. Nothing to feel either pride or fear over, just joy. The case is fantastic as well, very detailed and primal design, love the spiral and
circles on either end. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Peace, Ben Carver
