All our instruments have high professional quality. They are made or personally selected by Nadishana. When you order the instrument you can get a sound sample of YOUR instrument before delievery (if needed please make a note about it in your order form).

After that we will recieve the details of your order and come back to you ASAP with the shipping costs and total price (including VAT for EU).

Upon receiving of the consignment please make sure that the parcel’s transportation package is in a good order and it does not have any exterior damage (for example signs of opening of the parcel, crushing, etc.). The packaging of our parcels is really robust. But In very unlikely case of an exterior damage the damage has to be registered by the postal service courier in a written form IMMEDIATELY by receiving as appropriate for your local post service. For example: the courier marks in the scanner the damage type and takes the photo of the consignment. Also please inform us immediately of the possible damage.
If that's not done, no damage compensation is possible.
