CURRENTLY SOLD OUT Limited offer, just six of them are in stock. Finally Tsaaj Nplaim (Mèo) 'free reed' flute from H’mong people of Laos available at our shop! Nadishana added one extra hole for the left thumb to each flute to extend the range, otherwise the native tuning is left as it is. Tsaaj Nplaim has very haunting, tender sound, very special and instantly recognizable. The flute made from bamboo. The approach of H’mong people to playing is very different from our western approach and very unique: for example this instrument used by them to tell stories (literally). When player performs the audience knows what story is about. Note: the tone reference of each flute is different. on the video Nadishana plays on two of them.
